VIP Lifetime Subscription: Grants access to detailed auction deal
information, daily selected deals, and a unique “bid-and-win” service.
Subscription fees may be refundable if certain bid conditions are met, as
described on the Site.
Bid and Win Services: Guarantees auction wins through expert insights and
bid strategies. Refunds are offered if a suggested bid does not win.
Convert Auction into Private Sale: Allows for direct purchase outside the
auction, avoiding fees and bidding wars.
Back-to-Back Auction (B2BA) and Direct to Vendor Services: Provides
streamlined options for flipping properties and direct vendor engagements,
minimizing costs and time.

we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at our discretion.
Please note: There are strictly no refunds issued on any of the subscriptions or
services apart from the Bid and Win service, which is refundable only under the
specified conditions.
